Are your plants suitable for container gardening?
Absolutely! We have a specific selection of Container Plants that are perfectly suited for thriving in pots and containers on patios, balconies, or small spaces.
Do you offer plants that are good for creating privacy hedges?
Yes! Our Hedges & Privacy category, including options like Arborvitae, is ideal for creating natural, beautiful screens in your landscape.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship our plants globally! However, due to customs restrictions and logistical limitations, we are currently unable to deliver to certain Asian countries and some remote regions. If you are unsure about your location, please contact us.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 10-15 days after shipment. Includes tracking.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Processed in 1-2 days and typically arrives within 15-25 days after shipment.
How do you package plants for shipping?
We treat our plants with the utmost care. Our specialized packaging is designed to protect roots and foliage, maintain moisture levels, and provide necessary ventilation during transit. Each order includes care instructions to help your plants settle into their new home.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept payments through PayPal for a secure checkout experience.
Returns & Guarantee
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your plants arrive in unsatisfactory condition, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive them. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected], and we will be happy to assist you and make it right.
What isn’t covered by the guarantee?
Our guarantee covers the health of the plant upon arrival. It does not cover issues that arise after planting due to local conditions, weather, soil, watering, or other factors beyond our control. Our care instructions are provided to help give your plant the best start possible!
